What does RenderCheck inspect?

It checks the audio container, PCM sample format, sample rate, and channel count against the selected profile.

Can one profile watch several folders?

Yes. Assign the same profile to multiple local folders and each folder keeps its own observed results.

Does RenderCheck change my files?

No. RenderCheck reads the files and reports the comparison. It does not repair or convert them.

Does it check loudness or how the mix sounds?

No. RenderCheck is a focused technical format check, not a loudness meter or audio-quality judge.

Where is my data stored?

Profiles, folder assignments, and results are stored locally in the app's macOS sandbox. The app does not require an account or internet connection.
